Yoga and CompassionRetreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains
In this two-day workshop you are invited to step out of your normal routine to practice yoga in a beautiful mountain setting. We will practice yoga twice a day, take nature hikes, enjoy vegetarian culinary delights, and take time to play and rest. By practicing mindfulness in Hatha Yoga we will explore cultivating compassion for ourselves. Once established in your daily practice, compassion can be extended outward to others.

Cost
$190 — Day only includes both lunches
$280 — Overnight includes Saturday dinner,
Sunday breakfast, and both lunches.

Non-refundable deposit of $75 to hold your space due August 25th.
Final payment due Sept. 5th ($115 — day only or $205 — overnight)
